They are not available for the One-Touch™ control.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003c\/ul\u003e \u003ch2\u003eTechnical Information\u003c\/h2\u003e \u003cul\u003e \u003cli\u003eType S thermocouples are composed of a positive leg which is 90% platinum and 10% Rhodium, and a negative leg which is 100% platinum.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eIt is usable from 32°F to 2700°F.
