Krueger Pottery Supply - Sales Policy

Items returned with a receipt:
Items can be returned for a full refund as long as the item(s) are in new and sellable condition and the items were bought within 45 days.
Items can be returned for store credit as long as the item(s) are in new and sellable condition and the items were bought within 90 days.

Items returned without a receipt:
Items can be returned for store credit as long as the item(s) are in new and sellable condition and the items were bought within 45 days.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items without a receipt after 45 days.

About returning items shipped free:
Some of our items ship for free. If you choose to return one of these items you will be responsible for paying the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping fees.

Clearance/Sale Items:
No returns will be accepted on clearance or sale items.

Used Equipment:
No returns will be accepted on used equipment.

Special Orders:
Returns will be accepted on special order items however a restocking fee applies for all non-stock items. If a special order item has arrived at our warehouse and is cancelled after arrival a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees vary by vendor. 

Defective Merchandise:
If you feel something you purchased from us is defective in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will, at our discretion, either refund the purchase price or replace the product.

All shipping fees to return merchandise to Krueger Pottery Supply is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.


Shipping errors:
If you receive an incorrect order please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the error.

International Shipments
Shipments with a final destination outside of the United States may have duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the government of the destination country. Krueger Pottery Supply has no control over these fees. 


Refused Shipments:
Once an order has shipped Krueger Pottery Supply is unable to recall it. If you choose to refuse a shipment you will be responsible for shipping charges for the original shipment and the return shipping fee. We will issue a credit for merchandise that has been refused once we receive it minus any shipping fees. 

Freight Shipping Info:
At our discretion Krueger Pottery Supply may choose to ship some large or heavy items by freight rather than UPS/US Mail. If a shipment is sent by freight/LTL to a residential address the freight company will call to schedule an appointment for delivery. If the freight company attempts delivery at the scheduled time and is unable to make contact with the receiver a fee may be incurred which is the responsibility of the customer. The fees assessed are at the sole discretion of the freight company and vary depending on the delivery location and item(s) shipped.
If a freight shipment is returned to Krueger Pottery Supply by a freight carrier after multiple documented attempts have been made by the carrier and/or KPS to contact the consignee requesting a delivery appointment the consignee will be billed for original and return freight charges. 

Return Shipments:
If you choose to return an item within our above guidelines please ship it back insured using a carrier or your choice. Customers who choose to return items that are not defective are responsible for shipping charges.
