Liquid Brushing Directions
DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Thin with water and AMACO® Gum Solution if needed. Apply 3 coats of glaze to Cone 04 bisque. (Let the glaze dry between coats.) Glaze fire to Cone 5-6.
Saturation Gold develops gold color in areas of thick application, metallic black where thinner. Too heavy an application can cause blisters. Some experimenting is required with this glaze to get the perfect finish. Great as an accent glaze.

Dry Dipping Directions and Warning
PC2 is not avaiable dry.
PC-2 Saturation Gold is a “Metallic Float Glaze”. As with all float glazes it is important to achieve a good thickness. The float in these glazes consists of metallic materials that give a reflective metal look. If the glaze application is thin, the surface will look splotchy and the metal film will look incomplete. Saturation Gold is a very touchy glaze that will take some trial to master, but can yield awesome results.

This chip shows how PC-2 Saturation Gold looks when fired to Cone 10 on AMACO® 38-M White Stoneware Clay. Please note: this glaze has not been tested for dinnerware safety at Cone 10. Tableware producers must have all finished ware tested and approved as safe for dinnerware through a certified laboratory.
