Sapphire is a translucent, blue-violet glaze that boasts a glossy, smooth surface after firing. 100% mixable and true to their unfired color, the Teacher’s Palette Light® glazes are a must-have for any classroom or studio. These glazes look especially beautiful over carved and textured surfaces. In need of a fun project? Try brushing one layer of any of the Teacher’s Palette Light colors over a design created with one of our Velvet Underglazes.

AMACO® Teacher's Palette Light® (TPL) liquid gloss glazes are bright, translucent glazes that are the newest addition to the Teacher's Palette® family. The TPL’s are completely intermixable so they can be blended with each other to create an infinite color palette. All 12 glazes are AP certified, LEAD FREE, dinnerware safe, offer brilliant color, and are safe for use by artists of any age.
