Mayco Underglazes

The ultimate palette for decorating greenware or other
unfired clay bodies!
- Apply to greenware with a soft brush. Underglaze should be the consistency
of melted ice cream.
- Apply three smooth even coats for all underglazes; use four coats
for UG-84, UG-85, UG-86.Apply the coats at right angles to one another.
Thin with media (AC-304) or water if necessary.
- Intermixable to create more colors.
- Fire to shelf cone 04. Can be high-fired to shelf cone 6.
- Non-Toxic
- Generally a clear glaze is applied after to bring out the true color
and vvidness of the product and then fired to cone 06.
